Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Items that have been used, altered, or washed.
- Custom or personalized items.

Refund Process
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be provided as:
- Cash adjustment upon return delivery, or
- Replacement product of equal value, if requested.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund or replacement to be completed.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Dario Voyage will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to reasons other than defect or damage (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
